Lyophilized Peptide

KLOW 80mg

KLOW is a proprietary four-component peptide blend combining GHK-Cu (50mg), TB-500 (10mg), BPC-157 (10mg), and KPV (10mg) in a single 80mg lyophilized formulation for tissue-repair and anti-inflammatory research. It extends the GLOW blend by adding KPV, an α-MSH-derived tripeptide with MC1R-independent NF-κB-inhibitory activity, alongside the collagen-remodeling, cell-migration, and nitric-oxide pathways of the other three components. Supplied strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Not for human or animal use.

Mechanism of Action

Four complementary mechanisms: (1) GHK-Cu activates collagen I/III synthesis and broad gene-expression modulation; (2) TB-500, a short peptide fragment derived from the parent peptide thymosin beta-4, sequesters G-actin, promotes F-actin assembly and cell migration, and upregulates VEGF; the thymosin beta-4 literature cited below characterises the parent peptide rather than the fragment; (3) BPC-157 modulates the NO system and FAK-paxillin-mediated migration; (4) KPV inhibits NF-κB activation by interacting with the p65 subunit, suppressing pro-inflammatory cytokine transcription (IL-1β, TNF-α, IL-6) independently of melanocortin-receptor binding. The blend combines regenerative and anti-inflammatory entry points.
