Mechanism of Action
Three complementary mechanisms: (1) GHK-Cu activates collagen I/III synthesis, decorin production, and thousands of gene-expression changes favoring tissue repair; (2) TB-500 sequesters G-actin and promotes F-actin assembly at wound edges, enhancing cell migration while upregulating VEGF for angiogenesis; (3) BPC-157 modulates the NO system, activates FAK-paxillin-mediated cell migration, and increases EGF receptor expression. The three pathways converge on tissue regeneration from distinct mechanistic entry points.
