Lyophilized Peptide

GLOW 70mg

GLOW is a proprietary peptide blend combining GHK-Cu, TB-500, and BPC-157 in a single lyophilized formulation designed for tissue repair and regeneration research. This combination targets complementary tissue-repair pathways: GHK-Cu drives collagen remodeling and gene expression modulation, TB-500 promotes actin-based cell migration and angiogenesis, and BPC-157 activates the nitric oxide and growth factor systems. The blend is formulated for research applications in tissue repair, connective-tissue repair, and skin regeneration. Supplied strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. Not for human or animal use.

Mechanism of Action

Three complementary mechanisms: (1) GHK-Cu activates collagen I/III synthesis, decorin production, and >4000 gene expression changes favoring tissue repair; (2) TB-500, a short peptide fragment derived from the parent peptide thymosin beta-4, sequesters G-actin and promotes F-actin assembly at wound edges, enhancing cell migration, while upregulating VEGF for angiogenesis; the thymosin beta-4 literature cited below characterises the parent peptide rather than the fragment; (3) BPC-157 modulates the NO system, activates FAK-paxillin-mediated cell migration, and increases EGF receptor expression. These three pathways converge on tissue regeneration from distinct mechanistic entry points.
